We had an amazing stay at the North Condo. Family vacation. The 2 pools are perfect and not crowded! The condo even came with a boat slip which was perfect for The boat rental at the nearby marina! The condo was so well equipped with all we needed! And beautifully decorated!! Would recommend it to all!! Autumn

Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and just as described. We enjoyed our time there. We utilized the pools, the outdoor grills, as well as the boat slip. This is our second time staying at the complex and this unit is our favorite and was very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back again very soon.

We were referred blindly to Cindy Scroggins who helped us purchase our fabulous lake cabin. We did not have a specific area of the lake in mind which made the search daunting, due to the logistics of seeing properties over a vast area.  The search was further complicated by it being a very hot market during Covid.  We found Cindy to be intuitive, methodical, polite, reserved, and a pleasure to work with. While we were losing our patience, seeing properties pop up, only to learn they received offers before we could get in our car to see them, she helped us to remain calm. She was very knowledgeable about the particulars of purchasing waterfront property-in addition to property value, she has an excellent working knowledge of things such as docks, sea walls, water depth, septic systems, well water, propane tanks, neighborhood deeds, and restrictions.  She was not afraid to go under a house to check for structural issues or potential leaks. When we finally found the right house for us, we felt she constructed an offer that sealed the deal and looked out for our interests. Cindy assisted with the inspection process and during the walk through she made sure the seller had met their obligations. The closing went off without a hitch due to her diligence. We felt like she looked after the entire process as though she were our friend looking out for us.
