This is a privately owned 2 story Lake Martin cabin with deep water and BIG VIEWS of Lake Martin. The circular driveway takes you to the main floor entry a the foyer. The main bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living and den area are all on this level. You also have a deck outside the master and one off the kitchen that has steps leading down. The lower or walk out level has the second and third bedrooms and the third bathroom, along with a water toy room, and a family room with a TV.

Heron House is a privately owned newly remodeled Lake Martin waterfront home with a second home, The Nest, directly beside it that can also be rented for larger groups or multiple families. The main or entry level has a bedroom with a king bed en-suite, the second bedroom on the main floor has 2 XL built in twin bunks or 4 beds, also an ensuite. The main level also has a kitchen, dining, living area, full laundry and powder room.

This home is like being at a “little resort”! Entering the home you will find a well equipped kitchen with dining area that is open to an inviting and tastfully decorated living area. The two bedrooms on the main level have queen sized beds and they share a full bath with a tiled shower. The stairs lead up to the main bedroom with its own bath which overlooks the living area. There is also a great little guest house out back with a kitchen, laundry, queen size bed and fold out sofa!

This place has one of the better undisturbed and undistracted views of the water and trees. Often you will see the geese flying overhead, and only during peak summer weekends will you see skiers and sea doos.
